Cancellation Policy

In today’s hectic world unplanned issues (or events) come up for all of us. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that others needing treatment can take advantage of an open time slot. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a £40.00 missed appointment fee which can be paid before your next treatment. My intention is not to collect missed appointment fees but to provide timely treatments for all my clients. Your cooperation and consideration are greatly appreciated.
