A few changes have been made to help the clinic be as safe as possible for both you and me in these days of COVID.
I follow the same regulation advice regarding mask wearing and close contact as the hospitals and GP practices.
Many of my clients are vulnerable or awaiting procedures in hospitals or clinics. If they test positive for covid these long waited for procedures are cancelled or postponed causing much heartache. Many are understandably nervous about any outing. I know brighter times are coming for our lives with covid restrictions easing but I just have to be careful for a little longer so all my clients feel they can relax in my little room.
Before your appointment
- I shall contact you pre appointment to check if you have symptoms of COVID: cold symptoms,headache, cough, loss of taste/smell, contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID.
- Please pay before you arrive either by PayPal or by direct bank transfer.

- Wear a face covering.I have disposable masks which you may purchase for £1.

Arriving for your session
The door will be open. Please come in.

There will be a hand sanitising station just through the door.
I work in a small clinic with minimal footfall. I share my building with two lovely professionals. Paul,a mortgage advisor and Eileen who is a therapist and reflexologist.
I have spaced clients out so there is only ever one of my clients in the building at any one time. It also means you are not waiting , I will take clients straight away so no hanging around in communal spaces.I know Eileen and Paul will be doing the same.
Please come up the stairs. I will be waiting for you (in my mask..)
There is a bathroom on this floor.
My room is large enough to socially distance both between chairs and between chair and treatment couch. I will leave the window slightly open to allow for ample ventilation.
For ease and efficiency of keeping everything as spotless as possible please forgive the removal of my thankyou cards,magazines and other niknaks.
The couch covering and pillowcase are changed in between each client. Couch and waterproof pillow covering are cleaned before new bedding is used.
I have a sink in my room so I can wash my hands as often as necessary and of course plenty of hand gel.
I am only in close proximity to you when I am putting my little needles in place. This takes a few minutes at most.I will be wearing a mask and will speak minimally to you during these few minutes. Please do not think I am being rude.
If you have any symptoms of possible COVID:cold symptoms, headache,cough, loss taste/smell ,contact with anyone who has symptoms of COVID please do a lateral flow test and let me know please.
